Michelle is unveiling her monument honoring the mothers at Berks Detention Center this week through the launch of Monument Lab

On Friday, September 22nd 7-10 pm at City Hall, Broad Street and JFK Blvd, Philadelphia

Join Michelle in the unveiling of her new work entitled, "Seguimos Caminando", a moving monument in honor of the mothers detained at Berks Detention Center in Pennsylvania. The monument is an animated projection that will illustrate the stories of 2 mothers that have been detained with their young children at the Berks family prison for close to 2 years. Their stories will unfold on the gates of City Hall on the north side, Broad and JFK Blvd in Philadelphia.

Her piece “Seguimos Caminando" will be projected every Wednesday and Friday evening at 8-10 pm from September 22nd- November 17th at the North side on the gates of City Hall.
