AFUERA Y ADENTRO- FANZINE MARTHA

The first publication of "Fanzine Martha" by Habitajes shows the work i created with incarcerated women at the Santa Martha prison in Mexico City, Mexico. i led a series of workshops in December 2016 where the women created illustrations that represented a window to their stories from the inside looking out. Each illustration was then placed in the "Fanzine Martha", one of 3 publications created by Habitajes. Each fanzine is distributed in the participants' communities that face the highest risk of incarceration.
