in 2015, I CREATED THIS MURAL in Tegucigalpa, Honduras where I trained local artists and connected with local youth in la Colonia 21 de Febrero. Together we transformed walls to reflect the community’s voices and present messages that reflect solutions to their social issues plaqued by drugs and violence. THE PROJECT WAS SUPPORTED through the Meridian International Center's Community Engagement through the Arts Exchange Program and with support by the U.S. Department of State’s Cultural Programs Division and the Alianza de Jovenes Honduras US Aid.
